The Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program (JSP) provides approximately 135 postgraduate scholarships per year to qualified graduate students from qualifying countries who aspire to study in Japan. The scholarship provides full tuition, sustenance (including housing allowance), book allowance, medical insurance, travel, and research. The program is available to students interested in economics, management, science and technology, and other subjects connected to development. The scholarship is very competitive and is given based on academic merit.
