HR Intern Job at Union Aid With 10,000 AFN Salary Monthly:

About Union Aid:

Union Aid (UA) was established by a group of Afghan philanthropists and social activists in July 1979 in Peshawar, Pakistan. Union Aid was serving Afghan Refugees and host communities living in/around refugee camps through various projects in three main sectors; health, education and skill development. UA has been providing basic health services through hospitals, Basic Health Units (BHUs), labor rooms, provision of prosthetic limbs and first aid trainings. UA facilitated Afghan Refugees in education sector through providing formal basic and higher education, skill development programs for men and women, literacy centers and scholarships.

Union Aid is actively providing regular support in humanitarian & development sectors such as, Healthcare, Nutrition, Education, Scholarships, Technical Vocational Education Trainings, Family Support Programs, Emergency Response and Support, Livelihoods, Food Security, Shelter, Construction/Rehabilitation of community level infrastructures, Environmental Protection, and WASH.

Job Description HR Intern Job at Union Aid With 10,000 AFN Salary Monthly:

  • Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries
  • Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability
  • Gathers and organizes job applications
  • Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
  • Maintains compliance with government policies & employment laws and regulations to ensure Union Aid practices aligned with Government policies
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures,
  • Maintain staff personnel files according to personnel file checklist, leave plan and record of the employee leave should be in proper and accessible.
  • Preparation of monthly attendance report and prepare new attendance sheets
  • Assist the HR officer in Preparation of monthly payroll
  • Maintaining soft leave record updated and leave requests in update file.
  • Maintaining travel and mission report in update file.
  • To perform any other tasks assigned by the HR officer or line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Education to HR related degree level is preferable.
  • Familiarity with English, Dari and Pashto languages (Good reading, writing)
  • Good MS-Office skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
