About Enabled Children Initiative:
The Enabled Children Initiative (ECI) is an independent charity organization registered in the United Kingdom, and as a 501(c)(3) in the USA with a charity branch in Afghanistan (number 465). ECI supports children in Afghanistan with disabilities with residential, educational, and income-generation support for families. Through our 5 programs, we support children with disabilities who are the most vulnerable—abandoned by families living in extreme poverty who have no resources to cope, or unclaimed by family after the death of one or both parents. We also work with families with disabled children, providing educational and income generation support, in order to prevent the abandonment or institutionalization of children with disabilities. ECI improves the children’s quality of life and helps them reach their full potential.
Job Description:
Role description:
The Master Trainer Assistant will work under the supervision of the Master Trainer and Program Manager and be responsible for assisting the Master Trainer and Program Manager in coordinating all Program matters, including visits and reporting, record-keeping, and support of program delivery in the ECI Afghanistan Office.
Master Trainer Assistant responsibilities include:
·Collaborate in the identification and registration of program participants.
·Contribute to the development of training materials in collaboration with the Master Trainer.
·Assist in facilitating psychology sessions under the guidance of the Master Trainer.
·Facilitate psychosocial counseling sessions for family members of persons with disabilities.
·Collect participant feedback to assess the effectiveness of the training and suggest improvements.
·Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and evaluations.
·Evaluate students’ learning achievements and progress of the enrolled participants.
·Maintain the safe and dignified record of case files.
·Ensure on-time reporting of activities.
·Maintain strict confidentiality of records and case files.
·Adhere to ECI policies and guidelines.
·Evaluate students’ learning achievements and progress.
·Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in psychology, or any other related field.
