Job Description

Torrens University Australia is now accepting applications for International Scholarships for the academic year 2023. New overseas students who want to study at Australia’s fastest-growing institution are encouraged to apply. Students will have access to all of the resources they require to achieve success.

Torrens University Australia International Scholarships are available for undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the university. There are several scholarships available for incoming overseas students, regardless of their field of study. Please read the brief descriptions of each scholarship listed below.

New Alternate Pathway Scholarship:

A new international student starting onshore in Trimester 2 or Trimester 2B 2023 can apply for this scholarship program that offers 35% off their total tuition costs.

New Brisbane Scholarship:

If you wish to study full-time at one of Torren’s Brisbane campuses in 2023, apply for New Brisbane Scholarships. It will cover up to 30% of your total course tuition.

New Brisbane Scholarship for European and Latin American Students:

New international students from Latin America or Europe can apply for this opportunity. They should study full-time at one of Torren’s Brisbane campuses in 2023. It will cover up to 35% of their total course tuition.

Offshore Online:

Applicants starting their studies offshore and online can apply for this scholarship, which offers up to 30% off their total course tuition.

Hospitality Motivational Scholarship:

Based on previous academic merit, personal situation, and industry experience, this scholarship will cover up to 30% of the student’s total course tuition. It’s available to new international students who are starting in hospitality.

Design and Creative Technology Merit Scholarship:

This scholarship is for a Design Merit Scholarship based on the student’s previous academic results, portfolio, and work experience. They cover 30% of their total course tuition and are available to new international students applying to study at Torrens.

Alumni Scholarship:

New international students who have previously studied at Torrens University can apply for the alum scholarship. This scholarship covers 25% of their total tuition costs.

Business Merit Scholarship:

Students may be eligible for this Business Merit Scholarship based on their previous academic results. The scholarship covers 25% of their total course tuition and is available to new international students applying to study at Torrens University.

Here to Educate:

New international students wanting to expand their skill set with postgraduate Education courses can apply for a scholarship that will cover 20% of their total course tuition.

Japanese Undergraduate Health Science:

Japanese passport holders planning to study one of the Diploma or Bachelor of Health Science courses at Torrens University Australia can apply for this scholarship. The scholarship will cover 20% of their total course tuition.

SE NE Asia and Greater China Business and Health Merit Scholarship

Students from Asia or Greater China planning to combine an English language course with a Business or Health degree can apply for this regional scholarship. It will cover 20% of their total course tuition.

Alternative Study Path Scholarship:

As an international student in Australia who has completed studies onshore, you can apply for the Alternative Study Path Scholarship. Students in Australia and in the process of applying for a student visa can also apply for this opportunity. This scholarship covers 15% of their total course tuition.

African and Subcontinent Health Merit Scholarship:

Students from Africa or the Subcontinent planning to study full-time Health courses at Torrens University Australia can apply for this scholarship. It will cover 15% of their total course tuition.

Successful candidates will receive an offer letter that the applicants should sign and return to the International Admissions office, along with payment of a tuition deposit.

Once the International Admissions office receives the payment, they will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) necessary for processing the Student Visa application.

  1. The equivalent of the Australian year 12 (High School Certificate, Secondary School Certificate)
  2. Current Passport
  3. Visa Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
  4. English Test Results (If applicable)
  • Signed Declaration (page 4 of the application form)
  • An email address and Australian phone number (if applicable)
  • Credit Transfer Form or official transcripts
  • Portfolio Submission – electronic file preferable
  • CV indicating a minimum of 3 years of work experience (only for Masters courses)
